1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Promptop (mobile applications and web platform), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Prompts & AI Tools
Promptop provides prompt formulas and structured templates designed to assist you in interacting with third-party generative AI models (such as OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini). You are responsible for ensuring that your inputs and the resulting outputs comply with the acceptable use policies of any AI services you use.
3. Intellectual Property
Prompts and content created by you using the Promptop builder are yours. The Promptop interface, branding, code, and curated template structures are the intellectual property of Promptop and its creators.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Promptop offers both free and premium features. Mobile subscriptions are managed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store according to their respective billing policies.
